What are the benefits of an indoor pool?
You want to go on holiday with your children in accommodation with an indoor pool, Familytrip now offers weekends and holidays for all the family. What better way to unwind after a long, stressful week? Whether it's summer or winter, you won't notice the difference when you go swimming. That's one of the primary benefits of the indoor pool, staying warm despite the bad weather outside.
The temperature of a heated indoor pool is approximately between 24 and 29 degrees, but as we can see at the moment we're talking about saving energy. The pool may be a few degrees cooler, but you won't notice the difference; you can enjoy your stay with your children in the heated water, and the games available. A total pleasure to see your children having fun and enjoying the pool while you parents can relax on the deckchair, and in some cases at the spa and sauna.
Enjoy a heated room, and admire the pers colour of the water. You won't have to worry about bad weather, whether it's snowing, windy or raining. The indoor pool is sheltered. Close your eyes, it's summer!
The pool can also include a paddling pool for the little ones, a children's play area.... And a large bay window that can overlook your domain, the sea, from the residence or the snow-capped mountains if you're skiing.
In some indoor pools, people with reduced mobility have an accessible area to enjoy the heated water, and the benefits of swimming. Everyone will be able to enjoy this total relaxation pleasure.
When you choose a large accommodation, the capacity of the swimming pool will be greater than in a smaller establishment. This is because the capacity of a large swimming pool will then be able to handle a large total number of families, whereas if the accommodation is smaller there will be fewer people.
Familytrip offers accommodation with an indoor pool all over France, whether you live near Paris, Saint-Malo.... Enjoy a relaxing weekend close to home, with destinations ranging from the sea, to the mountains. Take advantage of our offers on our website and take a look at the different photos of our destinations and accommodation that we offer.
Some areas have a relaxation area with a jacuzzi, sauna or hammam. So that you return from your stay rested and relaxed.
Indoor or indoor pool, what's the difference?
The indoor pool offers a partitioned space, in the shape of a shell or isolated by a veranda. It is half outside because it is not part of the building. Sometimes it can be uncovered during the summer months. It's a bit of a hybrid because it's outside but sheltered. It can therefore be located within the grounds of the establishment. Rest assured, you'll stay nice and warm regardless.
The indoor pool proper is located in an area of the residence. It's a room that's an integral part of the building. There's nothing to stop you having large picture windows to enjoy the view of the outside area. Covered or indoor, whatever the case, your children will be delighted!
In what type of accommodation can you find an indoor swimming pool?
Book a family weekend in a rental accommodation in a room, flat, gîte, house, pavilion or villa and enjoy access to the indoor swimming pool and relaxation area with sauna, spa, jacuzzi. How much does a family weekend with indoor pool cost
?
The price will depend on the total number of people, the type of accommodation you choose, and the period (high or low season). If you are staying in a hotel with board, the total cost for your family will be higher than in a self-catering accommodation or residence. In particular, it may depend on the capacity of rooms available and the location, as prices will change depending on your destination.
