You are staying in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, a charming little fishing port on the Emerald Coast, 15 km from Saint-Malo and 1h15 from Rennes. Résidence Les Roches Douvres is located at the entrance to Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, 300 m from the beaches, golf course and shops. As well as the friendly setting, you'll find a number of facilities and services on site: an indoor heated swimming pool, a wellness area with a sauna, a car park, a bike room, a tea room, a library, a laundry room and activities for young and old.

The apartement complex comprises 4 buildings housing 80 rental flats. All apartments are fully-equipped with television, kitchenette with microwave/grill, dishwasher and terrace or small garden with garden furniture. The larger flats can accommodate large families of up to 6 people. Everything you need for an ideal family holiday by the sea!

Children and adults can have fun in the heated indoor swimming pool, which is open depending on the weather. Your children will also find board games at the apartement complex reception. You can also visit the library or play a game of billiards. If you want to relax, the sauna is available at an additional cost.

The beaches and coves along the coast are magnificent, and there are plenty of things to do with the whole family: fishing, sailing, tennis, golf, horse-riding, leisure parks, water parks, museums, discovery farms, aquariums, and so much more... Saint-Briac-sur-Mer is the ideal base from which to discover the treasures of the Emerald Coast, particularly nearby Dinard and Saint-Malo. Saint-Malo will appeal to all the family with its famous ramparts, the Château Ducal and its Cathédrale Saint-Vincent. Dinard, which has been awarded the Ville d'art et d'histoire (Town of Art and History) label, awaits families looking for cultural outings, as well as families keen on hiking, with its coastal paths offering breathtaking views.
