The Villages Nature Paris estate is the perfect setting for a family getaway, just thirty kilometres from Paris. Located just a few minutes from Disneyland Paris, this village offers a unique experience combining comfort, relaxation and entertainment for young and old alike.

The estate boasts a wide range of facilities, including a large indoor water park with slides, various restaurants, an educational farm, vegetable gardens, play areas, mini-golf, etc.

The cottages and flats are set around a lake, on a vast estate of over 200 hectares. Whatever the location of your accommodation, all the facilities are within walking distance. A shuttle service is also available free of charge should you need it.

The beautiful indoor and outdoor pool area is a must. With its wave pool, numerous slides and wild outdoor river, the aqua mundo is perfect for all the family. The entire pool complex is geothermally heated.

There's no shortage of activities on site. Children can have fun in the farm-themed indoor play area, meet the animals at the educational farm and make new friends at the kids' club!

We know you want to satisfy the whole family, from the teenager looking for independence to the youngest animal lover, not forgetting the parents looking for relaxation and peace and quiet. Don't worry, other activities are offered at extra cost: themed workshops for children, archery, pony rides, swimming lessons, accrobranche, laser-game, spa with treatments and massage, bowling...

The restaurant

There are several restaurants on the estate. A crêperie for gourmets, a snack bar at the aqua mundo, local produce cooked with love, traditional dishes from the French regions, there's something for everyone.

Discover the region and family activities

Both close to Paris and close to nature, Seine-et-Marne has lush green landscapes, typical villages and exceptional châteaux. Don't miss the forest of Fontainebleau, a veritable green lung ideal for family walks, hikes or climbing. Let yourself be transported back to the Middle Ages in the town of Provins, with its medieval castle.

Here, you're just a stone's throw from the magic of Disneyland Paris, giving you the chance to fill up on sensations and spend some unforgettable moments with your family. The Parrot World animal park is around fifteen kilometres away.

In the case of a stay booked at a NON-FLEXIBLE rate : Familytrip will deduct the total cost of your stay at the time of booking. For a stay booked at a flexible rate : Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, the client must go to their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday.

The balance of the booking is due no later than 45 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 50 days before the start of the holiday.

Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
- Cancellation 42 days or more before the start of the holiday: €150 penalty per accommodation
- Cancellation between 41 and 21 days before the start of the holiday: 30% of the price of the holiday retained, with a minimum of €150 per accommodation.
- Cancellation between 20 and 8 days before the start of the stay: 60% of the price of the stay retained per accommodation
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the holiday: 100% of the price of the holiday retained.
