Flaine is a ski resort in the French Alps, in the Haute-Savoie region. It is renowned for its modernist architecture, varied slopes and easy access from the main towns in the region. Flaine is part of the Grand Massif ski area, one of the largest in the French Alps. With over 265km of pistes, skiers and snowboarders of all abilities will find runs to suit their skills. The resort also offers good snow cover thanks to its high altitude. For those new to skiing or snowboarding, Flaine offers reputable ski schools with qualified instructors to help improve the skills of beginners and children. Off the slopes, Flaine offers a variety of activities such as snowshoe trekking, dog sledding, cross-country skiing and ice skating. There are also wellness options with spas and fitness centres.

In summer, Flaine transforms into a paradise for nature lovers. The area offers numerous hiking and mountain biking trails with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. As well as hiking, you can enjoy activities such as climbing, paragliding, rafting and fishing in the mountain rivers and lakes. Flaine has an 18-hole golf course at a high altitude, offering a unique playing experience with panoramic views of the Alps.
