Welcome to the Les Terrasses de Pentrez*** apartement complex in the small village of Saint-Nic in Brittany! Saint-Nic is a commune in the south of the Crozon peninsula. This Green Key-labelled apartement complex is just 500 metres from a superb sandy beach and 40 minutes from the beautiful town of Quimper.

Pentrez is a small village known for its beautiful sandy beach and unspoilt natural landscape. Beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts will love the superb Douarnenez beach and its 4 kilometres of fine sand, an ideal playground for swimming, windsurfing, surfing, sand yachting and speed sailing.

The area around Pentrez offers plenty of opportunities for walking and exploring, including visits to typical Breton villages, iconic lighthouses and historic sites. Don't hesitate to explore the region to enjoy Breton culture, gastronomy and nature.

Accès

  • Car  - From the airport, take the N126-E50 motorway towards Brest. Follow the N165-E60 then the D887-D63 towards Saint-Nic. Continue on the D108 towards Pentrez-Plage. In the village, take the first turning on the left (rue d'Ys). Turn left into rue du Manoir, near the Crêperie de Kervengard. The residence is on the left.

  • Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of their stay.

  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 31 days or more before the start of the holiday: cancellation free of charge
    - Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before the start of the holiday: 25% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.
    - Cancellation between 20 and 14 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.
    - Cancellation between 13 and 8 days before the start of the holiday: 75% of the total cost of the holiday will be retained.
    - Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the holiday or no-show: 100% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.

    Familytrip recommends that you take out cancellation insurance with its partner AREAS Assurances. Subscribe at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking by telephone.
