The Les Terrasses d'Eos apartement complex is located in Flaine Forêt, which is the upper level of the Flaine resort, at an altitude of 1,700 metres. Just 500 metres from shops and restaurants and a stone's throw from a spruce forest, the apartement complex offers a remarkable view of the valley below. You're just 1h15 from Annecy and 2h30 from Lyon.

The flats, with or without mountain views, the largest of which can accommodate up to 10 people, are set in two chalet-style buildings, blending in perfectly with the resort's mountain landscape. Each flat has a fully-equipped kitchenette, TV and balcony or terrace.

But that's not the only thing the Résidence Les Terrasses d'Eos has to offer: with its 100 m² heated outdoor swimming pool overlooking the mountains, its cardio-training room and its wellness area with sauna, hammam and whirlpool bath, you can relax and pamper yourself at any time. For family fun, you can borrow board games, comics and games consoles. Younger guests will be delighted to spend time in the games area, where they will find a variety of activities. There's something for everyone, in winter and summer alike.

The restaurant

It's easy to eat at the Résidence Les Terrasses d'Eos. You can go to the Eterlou restaurant, located in the heart of the apartement complex, to enjoy cuisine inspired by the market and local Alpine produce. For breakfast, you can order fresh bread and pastries from reception.

Summer or winter, Flaine is the ideal destination for a successful family holiday in the Alps! When you stay at Les Terrasses d'Eos, you'll have direct access to the slopes of the Domaine de Flaine, with a ski-in/ski-out area for intermediate and advanced skiers. Buses provide links to the other slopes and the centre of Flaine, and a free shuttle service is available. It couldn't be more convenient for a family ski holiday! Looking for a thrill? If you're looking for a new experience, there are plenty of activities on offer: ice quad biking, snowmobiling, paragliding, ice driving lessons and a helicopter ride to get close to the highest peak in Western Europe: Mont Blanc. The mountains also offer a wide range of thrills, including white-water sports and via ferrata. You'll leave with some unforgettable memories!

Are you more into nature? Take a family walk in the Les aiguilles Rouges National Nature Reserve and discover the splendid views of Mont-Blanc. During the summer season, your children won't be bored: badminton, archery, tournaments, giant trampolines and inflatable play area, tennis, table tennis... And let's not forget the big air bag, where skiers and buoy jumpers land safely on a huge inflatable cushion! For fans of history, Flaine has several listed historic buildings as well as a cultural centre and an incredible open-air museum with works by Picasso, Vasarely and Dubuffet, among others!

In the case of a stay booked at a NON-FLEXIBLE rate : Familytrip deducts the total cost of the stay at the time of booking. For a stay booked at a flexible rate : Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. To pay the balance, the client must log on to their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday.

You will receive a reminder to pay the balance of your booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of your stay.

In the event of cancellation less than 31 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be retained.
