  • Car  - From Grenoble to Vaujany (50 km) on the RN 91 towards Briançon then the Vallée de l'Eau d'Olle - Vaujany. Vaujany is reached via the RN 91 (linking Grenoble to Briançon), which you leave at the Carrefour de Rochetaillée to take the D526 through the Eau d'Olle valley.

  • Train - TGV Paris - Grenoble (3 hours), bus link Grenoble / Bourg d'Oisans (1h10 journey) then Bourg d'Oisans / Vaujany (20 min journey), get off at the "Station téléphérique" stop 200m from the residence.

  • Plane - Grenoble St Geoirs, Lyon ST Exupéry and Geneva Cointrin airports. Bus link to Grenoble bus station from Lyon St Exupéry, direct Grenoble / Vaujany coach service only on Saturdays in winter.

  • Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of their stay.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 30 days or more before the start of the holiday: cancellation free of charge
    - Cancellation between 29 and 22 days before the start of the holiday: 30% of the cost of the holiday retained
    - Cancellation between 21 and 14 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the cost of the holiday retained
    - Cancellation between 13 and 4 days before the start of the holiday: 90% of the price of the holiday retained
    - Cancellation less than 3 days before the start of the holiday: 100% of the cost of the holiday retained.
