The Club Samoëns apartement complex **** is located in the heart of the Alps, in Haute Savoie. Here you're just 500m from the Grand Massif Express cable car and 15 minutes from the snow front and ESF lessons, via the cable car.

From the moment you arrive, you'll find a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the cosy bar and lounge area with its central fireplace. In summer and winter alike, you'll love the indoor swimming pool, which also has an outdoor pool.

The hundred or so flats are spread over 4 levels. They are decorated in a warm, modern style and all have a terrace or balcony.

Parents can relax in the spa and aquatic area with heated pool. As for the younger ones, they can enjoy the activities organised by qualified activity leaders.

As well as skiing, the Samoëns resort offers a wide range of activities: 15 snowshoeing itineraries, dog sledding, ski joëring, pony sledging, 4-season sledging at Le Carroz, paragliding, ice climbing, frozen river, mountaineering, fat biking, snowmobiling, ice rink, media library, cinema, cultural and heritage visits.

  • Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of their stay.

  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 29 days or more before the start of the holiday: cancellation free of charge
    - Cancellation between 28 and 21 days before the start of the holiday: 25% of the cost of the holiday retained
    - Cancellation between 20 and 14 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the cost of the holiday retained
    - Cancellation between 13 and 8 days before the start of the holiday: 75% of the price of the holiday retained
    - Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the holiday or no-show: 100% of the cost of the holiday retained.

    Familytrip advises you to take out cancellation insurance with its partner AREAS Assurances. Subscribe at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking by telephone.

    - Skiset ski equipment booked through us can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the 1st day of skiing.
