  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 60 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 55 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:

    - Cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the holiday: 100% of the price of the holiday.

    For customers receiving VACAF aid, in the event of cancellation, VACAF will withdraw its aid and the above cancellation penalties will apply to the full amount of the stay.
