Balaruc-les-Bains is a commune in the south of France, in the Occitanie region. You'll be staying on the shores of the Bassin de Thau, famous for its pretty saltwater lake. The holiday village is 40 minutes from Montpellier, 45 minutes from La Grande Motte and around 20 minutes from Sète.

The holiday village is set in 3 hectares of parkland and offers a breathtaking view over Sète for an unforgettable family holiday. You'll be staying in rooms with full board for a zen holiday.

Take advantage of access to the outdoor swimming pool to splash around happily, while younger children can have fun in the paddling pool. You'll find a solarium with deckchairs and chairs for your waterside moments. There's also a relaxation area where you can book massage and relaxation therapy sessions for your well-being.

The holiday village team will be on hand to provide entertainment during your stay. On the programme: lively walks, sports tournaments, gymnastics activities and themed evenings. Sports facilities include a fitness room, a beach volleyball court, a tennis court and even table tennis. In summer, there's an archery area where you can try out a new activity.

Your children and teenagers will be welcomed into the club from the age of 3 to 17 for a variety of age-appropriate activities. On the programme: sports activities, big games, preparation for shows, parties and many other stimulating and fun activities. In July and August, children aged 7 and over can take swimming lessons.

The restaurant

The Lo Solehau holiday village has a restaurant and a panoramic bar with terrace. You can enjoy varied, well-balanced buffet meals. You can also book picnic baskets at reception. Visit the bar terrace to enjoy hot and cold drinks, with or without alcohol.

Discover the region and family activities

Take your children to the nearby animal parks to discover the wonders of the marine world. You can visit the Planet Ocean aquarium, for example, or the Seaquarium in Le Grau du Roi, where you can enjoy both fun and educational activities.

Balaruc-les-bains is well known as a spa resort, so why not enjoy a session of relaxation and well-being in one of the nearby spas. Discover the Bassin de Thau and take advantage of its beach to bring your family for a swim. Cycle around the pond and marvel at the scenery all around you.

    Positive points:

    "Séjour très bien passé je suis venue avec mon enfant en situation de handicap et tous était prévu à cet effet au sein de l'établissement pour notre sécurité confort ... Je suis ravie nous avons passé une bonne semaine. Les plats étaient excellents et variés, l'équipe est au petit soins rien à dire top top"

    "Pas de TV , frigo trop bruyant, pas de viande halal, pas de savon dans les chambres."
