The semi-pedestrianised Lisa Maria apartement complex is divided into 7 hamlets of air-conditioned houses, which can accommodate from 4 to 8 people. The holiday homes are fully equipped with television, dishwasher, air conditioning and terrace or garden for sunny lunches. Each property has its own parking space, and visitor car parks are available close to reception.
In addition to its direct access to the beach, you can enjoy a large 200 m² outdoor swimming pool

  • Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of their stay.

  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 31 days or more before the start of the holiday: cancellation free of charge
    - Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before the start of the holiday: 25% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.
    - Cancellation between 20 and 14 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.
    - Cancellation between 13 and 8 days before the start of the holiday: 75% of the total cost of the holiday will be retained.
    - Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the holiday or no-show: 100% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.
