The holiday village is located to the north-west of the island, in the popular Bois de la Chaise area, on a 9-hectare site full of charming lodges with terraces.

The stilted lodges let you enjoy the setting and the peace and quiet from your charming wooden terrace. If you're feeling a bit too hot, just walk a few metres to take a dip in the indoor pool!

There's a wide range of activities and leisure activities for all the family: the village has a heated indoor swimming pool, a volleyball and boules pitch, a library and a children's play area. Bikes are also available for hire.

Les Sableaux also organises a number of events! A free children's club is open during the summer holidays, with activities designed to teach children about the beauty and fragility of nature while having fun. Then, after a busy day, it's time to dance the night away with the Boo'tchouette and mini-discos. Parents will be happy to join in the family fun with workshops, tastings of local produce and evening entertainment. It's also an opportunity to share the regions, with convivial exchanges of culinary specialities, drinks and songs.

For those who prefer to relax, a wellness area is available at an additional cost. You can use the sauna, whirlpool baths or massage rooms to relax.

The restaurant

The village offers takeaway breakfasts at an additional cost: everything is provided, so all you have to do is make your own breakfast and enjoy it from the comfort of your accommodation.

Discover the region and family activities

We recommend the salt marshes of Noirmoutier; tours of the farms are available during the summer season. For an unusual experience, there's also the Passage du Gois, an alternative to the Noirmoutier bridge, which is actually a road submerged at high tide. And what better way to visit the island than by exploring some of the 80km of cycle paths, gazing out from viewpoints and coves, and finishing the day by sampling seafood specialities!

Weather permitting, consider an excursion to the island of Yeu, another charming island off the Vendée coast. And if you're more water than land, Noirmoutier offers opportunities for sailing, kayaking, windsurfing and much more.

  • Car  - Take the D64, D59, D758, D22..., then the D948 towards Imp. de l'Ouche l'Ormeau in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île. Access via the Noirmoutier bridge from the D38. Passage possible via the Gois via the D948 ONLY at low tide (road submersible at high tide)

  • Train - From Nantes, bus to Noirmoutier on line 13. From Chalan, take line 571. A 7-minute taxi ride from Noirmoutier bus station.

  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 60 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 65 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 60 days or more before the start of the holiday: deposit retained
    - Cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the holiday: 100% of the price of the holiday.

    Familytrip recommends that you take out cancellation insurance with its partner AREAS Assurances. Subscribe at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking by telephone.

    For customers receiving VACAF aid, in the event of cancellation, VACAF will withdraw its aid and the above cancellation penalties will apply to the full amount of the stay.
