Les Jardins de l'Amirauté is ideally located, opposite a supermarket and a stone's throw from a bus stop. It's also right next to the cycle path that will give you easy access to the town centre. You will be staying in one of the 40 flats spread over 4 levels, overlooking the swimming pool. Perfect for a family break by the sea.

  • Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of their stay.

  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 31 days or more before the start of the holiday: cancellation free of charge
    - Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before the start of the holiday: 25% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.
    - Cancellation between 20 and 14 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.
    - Cancellation between 13 and 8 days before the start of the holiday: 75% of the total cost of the holiday will be retained.
    - Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the holiday or no-show: 100% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.
