Accès

Car - Car recommended. On the A64 motorway, exit 16 at Lannemezan, at the 2nd roundabout take the D717 towards Avezac-Gare: at the stop sign turn left, then at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the D929a to Hèches, then the D929 to Arreau. Go around the centre of Arreau on the D919 at the roundabout opposite, then on the D618, after 9 km, at the roundabout on the right, go through the village of Avajan, then go around for 5 km, through the village of Génos. Drive past the Lac de Génos-Louudenvielle and enter Loudenvielle: after crossing the bridge, drive 100 metres and then turn left, you have arrived.
Train - Tarbes or Lannemezan station then SNCF bus to the village of Arreau (15 km)
Plane - Toulouse (160 km), Pau (120 km), Tarbes (80 km) airports

- Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before the start of the holiday: 25% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.
- Cancellation between 20 and 14 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.
- Cancellation between 13 and 8 days before the start of the holiday: 75% of the total cost of the holiday will be retained.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the holiday or no-show: 100% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.
