To ensure you have a peaceful and relaxing holiday, the apartement complex welcomes you from the moment you arrive in a vast, cosy lounge with a fireplace and a friendly, modern bar, opening onto a pleasant terrace, perfect for a stroll. During your stay, you can take advantage of the breakfast service, swimming pool, relaxation area, covered parking and Wi-Fi access.

You'll stay comfortably in one of the apartement complex's flats, which sleep from 4 to 8 people - ideal for large families! All are fully equipped with a living room with sofa bed and television, several bedrooms, a kitchen, one or two bathrooms and a heated ski locker. There are several ranges to choose from (family, comfort, comfort+ and premium).

Take advantage of the exceptional setting with the heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool and deckchairs to recharge your batteries. Next to the pool is a relaxation area with a sauna and hammam for the enjoyment of all.

There are several children's clubs, one for 1-3 year-olds, a second for 4-10 year-olds and a teen club for 11-17 year-olds. In summer and winter alike, children can enjoy the activities organised for them by the entertainment team. Arts and crafts, outdoor activities, shows...

Les Deux Alpes is famous for its impressive ski area, which offers a wide variety of slopes suitable for all levels of ability, from beginner to expert. It guarantees a high-quality family welcome thanks to its Famille Plus label. With over 200km of marked runs, skiers and snowboarders can enjoy optimum conditions throughout the season thanks to the resort's high altitude and its skiable glacier. In summer, Les Deux Alpes transforms into a lively mountain destination offering a wide range of outdoor activities. You can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding, golf, tennis and much more. The resort also offers ski lifts that operate during the summer, giving you easy access to the peaks for spectacular views. The resort also offers a diverse range of restaurants, cafés, bars and discos where visitors can relax and enjoy themselves after a day on the slopes or in the mountains.

  • Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of their stay.

  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 30 days or more before the start of the holiday: deposit retained
    - Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the holiday: 100% of the price of the holiday.
