Accès

  • Car  - From Grenoble to Vaujany (50 km) on the RN 91 towards Briançon then the Vallée de l'Eau d'Olle - Vaujany. Vaujany is reached via the RN 91 (linking Grenoble to Briançon), which you leave at the Carrefour de Rochetaillée to take the D526 through the Eau d'Olle valley.

  • Train - Grenoble SNCF station 54km away

  • Plane - Grenoble St Geoirs, Lyon ST Exupéry and Geneva Cointrin airports. Bus link to Grenoble bus station from Lyon St Exupéry, direct Grenoble / Vaujany coach service only on Saturdays in winter.

    In the event of late arrival, please contact reception on 04 85 58 08 70 to obtain the "keys in safe" procedure.
    Check out : before 10am.
  • Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of their stay.

    Familytrip will make an electronic pre-authorization of the total amount of your stay. Consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Website Use for more information.
  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 31 days or more before the start of the holiday: cancellation free of charge
    - Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before the start of the holiday: 25% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.
    - Cancellation between 20 and 14 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.
    - Cancellation between 13 and 8 days before the start of the holiday: 75% of the total cost of the holiday will be retained.
    - Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the holiday or no-show: 100% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.

    Familytrip recommends that you take out cancellation insurance with its partner AREAS Assurances. Subscribe at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking by telephone.
    - Skiset ski equipment booked through us can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the 1st day of skiing.
