The Résidence Les Balcons d'Aix is ideally located in the heart of the Massif des Bauges, in the small village of La Féclaz. Close to the centre of the resort and its shops, the apartement complex also has direct access to the slopes and ski lifts. You are 25 km from Chambéry and Aix les Bains, and 45 km south of Annecy.

Activities are generally concentrated in the heart of the resort, so take advantage of the seasonal activities on offer in both winter and summer, depending on which season you go in.

Discover the region and family activities

Cercle équestre Volte Face, rides and riding lessons. Courses and rides on horseback or pony for children aged 3 and over. La Féclaz is an ideal starting point for many hikes in the Bauges massif. The trails are suitable for all levels, with panoramic views of Mont Blanc and the Alps. The resort has mountain bike trails for all levels, as well as downhill tracks for thrill-seekers. Mountain bikes can be hired on site. Nearby, you can try your hand at canyoning and caving, exploring the gorges and natural caves of the massif.

In winter, ski joëring, sleigh driving, snow walks and hand-riding are available for children aged 3 and over. La Féclaz has downhill ski runs for all levels, with lifts to make the most of the snow. Numerous signposted trails are perfect for snowshoe treks, a leisurely way to discover the snow-covered countryside. The resort also offers biathlon lessons, combining cross-country skiing and rifle shooting for a unique sporting experience.

    - Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the holiday: 100% of the price of the holiday.
