Les Appartements de Moliets is the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries in the midst of nature. The gentle sound of the waves crashing on the nearby beach will lull you to sleep after a walk in the Landes forest stretching as far as the eye can see.

You'll find yourself on the edge of one of the most beautiful golf courses in France, surrounded by pine trees and lush green groves. The beach, just a few minutes away, is very easy to reach thanks to the footpaths, and you can simply relax on deckchairs by the outdoor swimming pool in glorious sunshine.

The bright flats have terraces with garden furniture, so you can start the day in peace and admire the natural surroundings.

In the small town of Moliets, you have the opportunity to take part in a wide range of sporting activities, including golf, horse-riding, tennis and many water sports. It's a great place to go surfing, and if you're new to the sport but want to give it a go, the school next door to the apartement complexs, in agreement with Madame Vacances, is offering a 10% discount on introductory courses during the week.

But you can also hire bikes to take advantage of the many cycle paths through the pine forests, go stand-up paddling and wander through the green spaces, canoe down the river "La Palue", or go tree climbing at Adrénaline Parc!

Don't forget that this destination is also renowned for being one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe, with a course right on the ocean: don't miss out! During the season, free introductory lessons are available every Sunday for children aged 6 and over.

Discover the region and family activities

The Landes de Gasgogne Nature Park, around fifty kilometres from Moliets, is an unspoilt park offering a wealth of activities and exceptional natural beauty. Closer to Moliets is the Chapelle St Laurent de Maâ, 5km away, which bears witness to the passage of the Templars through the region.

A 45-minute drive away is the town of Dax, where you'll find monuments and remains, as well as cafés, restaurants and local craft shops. And if you've always wanted to discover Basque culture, Saint Sebastian is only an hour and a half's drive away, where you can enjoy tapas, stroll through the old town or admire the Basilica of Sainte-Marie.

  • Car  - By car from the north: Motorway A63 then RN10 towards Bayonne, take the Castets exit. Continue on the D142 to Léon and the D652 to Moliets. Follow the signs for "Golf" and "Plage". Turn left onto "Avenue du Tuc" immediately after the road to the Golf Club House. The residence is at the end of the road. By car from the south: Take the RN10 towards Bordeaux, exit at Magesq. Follow the D16 to Léon then the D652 to Moliets.

  • Train - - From Dax SNCF station: 35-minute journey (by car) to Moliets Transfer by bus - Dax station: several TGV trains serve Dax daily from Paris Montparnasse station (approx. 4-hour journey by TGV)
