Welcome to Savoie: Le Village des Oiseaux, a place that combines nature and modernity, on the banks of the Motz lake. Situated between Geneva, Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, it's a unique place designed with an innovative, eco-responsible approach.

The Village des Oiseaux offers a unique concept that's as close to nature as possible. All the accommodation has large windows opening onto the outside so you can enjoy the view of the countryside and observe the different species of birds that frequent the region.

The apartement complex is also equipped with inline skating tracks and a secure bicycle storage area. Laundry facilities are also available on site. An experience for all the family! Holidaymakers and their families can have fun discovering the different species of birds. Nature holidays and a friendly atmosphere guaranteed!

Activities are organised for children in summer, with a programme drawn up for the week and children taking part in the activities that interest them: treasure hunts, sports games, board games, etc.

The lake adjacent to the apartement complex is open for swimming and supervised in summer, so you can cool off in a natural environment.

Discover the region and family activities

Ride the ViaRhôna, a cycle route that winds its way along the Rhône from Lake Geneva to the Mediterranean. Explore picturesque towns such as Chanaz, nicknamed Savoie's Little Venice, where water shapes the landscape with charm.

Visit the Gorges du Fier at Lovagny. Footbridges have been installed in this natural site, offering a bird's eye view of a canyon through which the River Fier flows. The experience of the visit can be breathtaking as you fly over the river for a distance of 252 metres, watching its course wind through a landscape of rocks shaped by millennia of erosion. Also explore the legends that permeate this remarkable place.

  • Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of their stay.

    Familytrip will make an electronic pre-authorization of the total amount of your stay. Consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Website Use for more information.
  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 31 days or more before the start of the holiday: cancellation free of charge
    - Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before the start of the holiday: 25% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.
    - Cancellation between 20 and 14 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.
    - Cancellation between 13 and 8 days before the start of the holiday: 75% of the total cost of the holiday will be retained.
    - Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the holiday or no-show: 100% of the total cost of the holiday will be retained.
