Enjoy a relaxing break between lake and mountains. Maisod lies at an altitude of 455m at the gateway to the Haut-Jura Regional Park, 85km from Bourg-en-Bresse, 125km from Lyon and 115km from Geneva. A vehicle is required on site, and all shops are 6km away.

Discover the area

The holiday village comprises several gîtes and flats on the shores of Lac de Vouglans. These holiday rentals are spacious and comfortable, ideal for family holidays in both summer and winter. Fully equipped, all holiday rentals have a functional kitchenette and a terrace with garden furniture.

In the village club, you'll find a heated outdoor swimming pool for your summer holidays. There's also a children's pool. The pool area has plenty of sun loungers for sunbathing.

There's a children's club for children aged 3 to 10, divided into age groups. They will be supervised by experienced activity leaders and will have a packed programme whatever the season! Workshops of all kinds, big games, putting on a show, sledging and theme days. It's a great way to make new friends during your stay.

You'll also be able to take part in events organised by the activity leaders, with family days, activities of all kinds and evening entertainment. Children will be delighted to find the village club's playground a great place to have fun. Sports enthusiasts will find a volleyball and basketball court and can organise sports tournaments during their stay.

Discover the region and family activities

In winter, the Jura offers opportunities for cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing and other winter sports. Ski resorts such as Les Rousses and Domaine des Monts Jura are very popular for their many ski slopes.

In summer, discover the surrounding lakes and enjoy water sports such as sailing, paddle boarding and kayaking. Plan a day's cycling during your stay, as the Jura offers many cycle routes through its hills and valleys. There are routes for all levels of ability in the Haut-Jura Regional Nature Park and along the lakes.

    "Très bel emplacement ! Logement propre, ambiance sympathique et familiale"

    Areas for improvement :

    "L'hébergement mériterait d'être rafraîchi ! Pas de wifi dans l'appartement, pas de canapé, terrasse sans vue sur le lac, hébergement très sommaire et peu moderne."

  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 60 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 65 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 60 days or more before the start of the holiday: deposit retained
    - Cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the holiday: 100% of the price of the holiday.
