Montignac is a charming village in the Dordogne, 50km from Périgueux, in the heart of the Périgord Noir region, famous for its proximity to the Lascaux caves, a major prehistoric site. The village, on the banks of the Vézère river, offers a picturesque setting with its medieval streets and stone houses, ideal for history and nature lovers.

The Les Hameaux du Moulin apartement complex is located 1km from the village centre. On site you'll find an outdoor swimming pool, a paddling pool, a small children's play area, a car park, a volleyball court and a launderette.

The semi-detached houses can accommodate up to 8 people. They are arranged around the swimming pool, the focal point of the apartement complex. For your safety and that of your children, the apartement complex is entirely pedestrianised.

Activities are organised for children and teenagers in July and August. The activity leaders will put together a programme adapted to the different ages: manual activities, sports, treasure hunts...

Throughout the season, you can take advantage of the heated outdoor swimming pool and paddling pool. The sun loungers and parasols around the pool are available for sunbathing: relaxation guaranteed.

Take the whole family to follow in the footsteps of our ancestors at the Lascaux caves. This prehistoric site 1.5km away, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is one of the most impressive examples of Palaeolithic cave art.

The Périgord Noir is full of picturesque villages such as Sarlat-la-Canéda, with its medieval streets and golden stone houses, which is a true architectural masterpiece. At La Roque-Gageac, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, you'll discover houses clinging to the cliffs and breathtaking views over the Dordogne, while Beynac-et-Cazenac, dominated by its medieval castle, offers spectacular panoramic views over the surrounding valley.
