  • Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of their stay.

  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - More than 30 days before the start of the holiday: cancellation free of charge
    - 30 days or less before the start of the holiday: no refund.
