The resort has 5 main districts: the village of Les Brévières, Tignes 1800, Le Lavachet, Tignes le Lac and Val Claret, where the apartement complex is located.

Le Borsat IV is located in the most festive area of the resort, so there's no limit to the fun you can have. Snow lovers will be delighted to discover the ski slopes at the foot of the apartement complex. All the resort's shops and activities are within easy reach of your accommodation.

The apartement complex welcomes you to one of its 54 holiday homes, all of which have a balcony. The holiday accommodation is spread over 6 floors served by two lifts. The apartement complex has a lounge with a pool table, a ski room with direct access to the slopes, a laundry room and a covered car park. Those with a sweet tooth can borrow raclette and fondue machines for 100% Savoyard evenings!

The majority of mountain activities are offered by the resort. At Val Claret, you'll find plenty of winter sports activities to suit all tastes: snowparks, gliss'park, half-pipe and boardercross. However, you'll also find plenty of opportunities for games of pool, raclette or fondue evenings...

In winter, extend your day after a good session on the slopes and in the mountains, where restaurants, brasseries and bars await you for a well-deserved break. Enjoy a change of scenery, a cosy atmosphere or a festive evening of gastronomic delights with family and friends. If you're not too keen on the cold, you can go ice diving at the lake. Skating, snowmobiling and ice karting are also available during your stay.

In summer, you can also go skiing. You'll ski on specially prepared slopes where there's snow even in summer. You can enjoy seasonal activities such as mountain biking or paragliding for those who love a thrill. You can also take part in water sports on the lake or go horse-riding.

  • Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of their stay.

    Familytrip will make an electronic pre-authorization of the total amount of your stay. Consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Website Use for more information.
  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 31 days or more before the start of the holiday: cancellation free of charge
    - Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before the start of the holiday: 25% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.
    - Cancellation between 20 and 14 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.
    - Cancellation between 13 and 8 days before the start of the holiday: 75% of the total cost of the holiday will be retained.
    - Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the holiday or no-show: 100% of the total cost of the holiday will be retained.

    Familytrip recommends that you take out cancellation insurance with its partner AREAS Assurances. Subscribe at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking by telephone.
    - Skiset ski equipment booked through us can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the 1st day of skiing.
