apartement complex Le Birdie welcomes you to Giez, a medieval village where the lordly family still lives in the castle. Your holiday rental in Haute-Savoie is at the foot of the Massif des Bauges, a 5-minute drive from Lake Annecy and 30 minutes from Annecy. And in winter, the Sambuy ski resort is just 20 minutes away by car. Between beach, town, mountains and golf, you won't get bored!

Discover the area

The apartement complex has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, both heated. There's also a wellness area, a bowling green, a table tennis table, a tennis court, a playground, a library, board games, billiards, pinball and table football. So there's plenty to do!

The 60 flats can accommodate from 2 to 12 people and are spread over 9 buildings, enough to bring your whole tribe!

Admire the mountain scenery as you take a dip in the outdoor pool. The second, indoor pool is perfect for swimming whatever the weather.

On site, children can enjoy the playground, billiards, pinball and table football. A tennis court is also available and board games can be lent on request.

The "acro'aventure" climbing park in Talloire is a 35-minute drive away. The various courses are perfect for beginners and daredevils alike!

Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
- Cancellation 31 days or more before the start of the holiday: cancellation free of charge
- Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before the start of the holiday: 25% of the cost of the holiday will be retained.
- Cancellation between 20 and 14 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the total cost of the holiday will be retained.
- Cancellation between 13 and 8 days before the start of the holiday: 75% of the total cost of the holiday will be retained.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the holiday or no-show: 100% of the total cost of the holiday will be retained.
