Situated 1 hour from Biarritz and 2 hours from Bordeaux, you can enjoy a day of sightseeing while returning in the evening to the peace and quiet of the Landes region.

The accommodation is on the 17th hole of one of France's finest golf courses, 700m from the beach and 3km from Moliets. Close to lakes and villages, the location is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.

The flats offer magnificent views of the Landes pine forest, swimming pool and golf course. The interior is bright and well appointed. Soak up the sun on the terraces or on the sun loungers by the pool, before taking a stroll through the beautifully landscaped gardens filled with palm trees and flowers.

As well as walks in the garden and relaxing in the swimming pool, you can enjoy a variety of activities in Moliets, such as stand-up paddling, canoeing or cycling on the many cycle paths through the forest. To discover the flora and fauna in a more unusual way, why not take a boat trip with a boatman on the Courant Huchet, which links the Etang de Léon to the ocean!

There's also a tree climbing centre just 6 minutes away by car; welcome to Adrénaline Parc, ideal for adventurers! And if you're not into heights, don't worry, there's also quad biking and paintball.

Moliets is a major destination for golf fanatics: ranked among the top 10 golf courses in France, it is positioned on the edge of the ocean. What's more, the village is also renowned for its surfing spots, with equipment hire and lessons available at the surf school to help you practise or discover this thrilling sport.

Accès

  • Car  - By car from the north: Motorway A63 then RN10 towards Bayonne, take the Castets exit. Continue on the D142 to Léon and the D652 to Moliets. Follow the signs for "Golf" and "Plage". Turn left "Avenue du Tuc" immediately after the road for the Golf Club House. The residence is at the end of the road. By car from the south: Take the RN10 towards Bordeaux, exit at Magesq. Follow the D16 to Léon then the D652 to Moliets.

  • Train - From Dax SNCF station: 35-minute journey (by car) to Moliets Transfer by bus - Dax station: several TGV trains serve Dax daily from Paris Montparnasse station (approx. 4-hour journey by TGV).
