The Village Vacances de La Plagne Montchavin is an ideal destination for families with children, whether in summer or winter. Nestling in the heart of the French Alps, this holiday village offers an enjoyable mountain experience with a multitude of activities suitable for all seasons. The village club is located at an altitude of 1250 m, 50 m from the ski lifts. The Paradisio aquatic centre is right next to the village club!

The holiday village has facilities for all the family, including a restaurant serving a variety of cuisine, a bar for relaxing with the family, a car park, Wi-Fi access, a play area and a launderette.

The flats are housed in small chalets between 3 and 5 storeys high. The 100 flats in the village club can accommodate families of up to 8 people, making them ideal for a large family ski holiday.

One free entry per person per stay to the outdoor swimming pool. A preferential rate on the unlimited week pass with access to the outdoor pool is also available, on sale at the campsite only. The outdoor pool has waterslides and a green beach, while the indoor pool has a children's play area and a relaxation area with hammam, sauna and whirlpool baths.

To keep the little ones happy, the village club has table football, an outdoor play area and a bouncy castle (open depending on the season). It's also a lively village club with children's clubs for ages 3 to 17. Teens aged 11 to 17 are welcomed in a VIP area! In winter, 3 snowshoe outings are organised with professional snowshoe trekkers, and you can register on site at an additional cost. Parents... don't worry, there's entertainment planned for you all week long! Themed evenings and seasonal entertainment are organised for everyone to enjoy.

As well as mountain activities, the holiday village can help you organise excursions to discover the surrounding area, visit picturesque Alpine villages or explore the cultural wealth of the region. Just ask at reception!

Montchavin-Les Coches is an authentic, family-friendly Alpine resort located at an altitude of 1450 m, 25 minutes from Bourg-Saint-Maurice and 1h20 from Chambéry. In summer, families can enjoy the mountains in all their splendour. You can go hiking to discover the magnificent Alpine scenery, mountain biking on the many signposted trails, or even try your hand at paragliding and white-water swimming. Children will love the outdoor play areas and entertainment on offer at the holiday village. In winter, La Plagne Montchavin becomes a paradise for winter sports fans. The La Plagne ski area, linked to Paradiski, offers a multitude of slopes for all levels of skier. Children can learn to ski or snowboard at the local ski schools. The holiday village also has a ski room for added convenience.

  • Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 60 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 60 days before the start of their stay.

  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 60 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 65 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 60 days or more before the start of the holiday: deposit retained
    - Cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the holiday: 100% of the price of the holiday.

    Familytrip recommends that you take out cancellation insurance with its partner AREAS Assurances. Subscribe at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking by telephone.

    For customers receiving VACAF aid, in the event of cancellation, VACAF will withdraw its aid and the above cancellation penalties will apply to the full amount of the stay.
