La Petite Venise      

Résidence La Petite Venise, built in 2015, is located in Colmar, in eastern France, 45 minutes south of Strasbourg. It is ideally located 800 metres from the train holiday resort, within easy walking distance and just a few minutes from the charming district of Petite Venise, famous for its canals and colourful little houses.

During your stay in Colmar, you can take advantage of various services and facilities such as a covered car park, Wi-Fi access, baby kit loan and a launderette. There is also a breakfast room with a terrace.

Each flat can accommodate up to 5 people and is fully equipped with television, kitchen and shower or bathroom. Some flats also have a balcony or terrace. For your convenience, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in your stay.

Colmar is a charming town in the Grand Est region, in the Haut-Rhin département of Alsace. It is renowned for its medieval architecture and colourful half-timbered houses, making it a popular tourist destination. Colmar is famous for its well-preserved historic centre, with buildings dating back to the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. Landmark buildings include the Maison des Têtes, the Maison Pfister and the Koïfhus (former customs house). You can also visit the Musée Unterlinden, home to the famous Issenheim Altarpiece, a major work of religious art, or the Church of Saint-Martin, an imposing Gothic church in the heart of the town, often referred to as Colmar Cathedral. The local gastronomy is also a must, as Colmar offers a cuisine rich in Alsatian traditions, with dishes such as sauerkraut, baeckeoffe, tarte flambée and kougelhopf. As Colmar lies on the Wine Route, you can also indulge in tastings of Alsace wines, particularly the popular Riesling and Gewurztraminer.

Finally, if you want to get away from it all and explore the surrounding area, don't miss the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park, with its magnificent mountain scenery, hiking trails and outdoor activities. There's also the Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg, a restored medieval castle just a short drive from Colmar, and the sensational Europapark theme park less than an hour away.
