"Nous sommes arrivées la même semaine qu’une clientèle qui avait réservé plusieurs salle et qui a fait annuler certaines animations / soirée . Cela me semble pas normal vis à vis du reste de la clientèle qui a été ainsi pénalisée . De plus cette clientèle qui était prioritaire sur tout s’est comportée de manière irrespectueuse envers les personnes du service de restauration , envers l’équipe d’animation , et envers la clientèle . J’ai été témoins de plusieurs altercations et incivilités . Des enfants livrés à eux même et sans surveillance, des clients qui incarnent la beaufitude dans toute sa splendeur au détriment d’autres clients qui veulent juste des vacances tranquilles et doivent suporter pendant 8 jours les joueurs de la fédération française de tarot qui s’est cru en terrain conquis ."
