Located in the village of Arêches-Beaufort, set against the slopes of the mountain pastures, the Résidence Club La Clé des Cimes**** welcomes you to a sumptuous natural setting and a brand new apartement complex decorated in a style inspired by mountain pasture farms.

The apartement complex's flats can accommodate up to 8 people, making it ideal for large families too. Different levels of comfort are available to suit your needs: Comfort, Comfort+, Family or Premium. A host of services are also included in your accommodation: beds made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning, Wi-Fi.

The apartement complex is also equipped with a heated indoor swimming pool and a Spa. From the apartement complex, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The pool area opens onto the outside with large picture windows.

When you return from skiing, take advantage of the various activities on offer at the Résidence: friendly get-togethers outside or around the fireplace, Zen water sessions in the pool.
Every week, there are activities for families and children: an introduction to ski touring for all levels with an ESF instructor and a special visit to the farm to watch the cows being milked.
Parents can relax in the spa and aquatic area with heated pool. Younger children can enjoy activities organised by qualified activity leaders.

    Check out : before 10am (12pm for stays of 2 to 5 nights).
  • Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of their stay.

    Familytrip will make an electronic pre-authorization of the total amount of your stay. Consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Website Use for more information.
  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 29 days or more before the start of the holiday: cancellation free of charge
    - Cancellation between 28 and 21 days before the start of the holiday: 25% of the cost of the holiday retained
    - Cancellation between 20 and 14 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the cost of the holiday retained
    - Cancellation between 13 and 8 days before the start of the holiday: 75% of the price of the holiday retained
    - Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the holiday or no-show: 100% of the cost of the holiday retained.

    Familytrip advises you to take out cancellation insurance with its partner AREAS Assurances. Subscribe at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking by telephone.

    - Skiset ski equipment booked through us can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the 1st day of skiing.
