At the Altaviva apartement complex, you'll be staying in Tignes 1800, in the district that is the sign of the resort's new chic and family-friendly look. Situated right next to the ski slopes and ski lifts, you'll enjoy a privileged location to make the most of your family holiday.

Discover the area

The apartement complex's flats are spacious and welcoming, making them ideal for large families. Different levels of comfort are available to best suit your needs: Comfort, Comfort+, Family or Premium. Many services are also included in your accommodation: beds made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning and Wi-Fi.

Large reception areas are available on site. The apartement complex has a south-facing terrace where you can make the most of the sunshine. The heated indoor swimming pool also offers a magnificent view of the Savoie mountains. There is also plenty of storage space for everything you need for your skiing or snowboarding sessions.

When you get back from skiing, take advantage of the various activities on offer at the apartement complex: friendly, gourmet or festive get-togethers, Zen aquatic sessions in the pool, end-of-day snacks, digital evenings... Parents can relax in the spa and aquatic area with heated pool.

Your children can take advantage of the activities organised by qualified activity leaders: group activities such as big games, sports activities and art and play projects. They can also enjoy outdoor activities and mini-golf outings.

Get together as a family for friendly, typically Savoyard evenings. You can borrow raclette and fondue machines from reception. Relax by the fireplace and tell yourself stories.

Discover the region and family activities

In winter, try your hand at Snowtubing with its many sliding courses on buoys. You'll find fun, child-friendly courses. These activities can be found at the entrance to the Grande Motte car park in Val Claret. Take advantage of the proximity of the slopes to devote your days to winter sports.

In summer, discover the region with guided tours that can include nature excursions, historical visits or themed expeditions. You can also explore the area on horseback on leisurely or more adventurous rides.

  • Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of their stay.

    Familytrip will make an electronic pre-authorization of the total amount of your stay. Consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Website Use for more information.
  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 29 days or more before the start of the holiday: cancellation free of charge
    - Cancellation between 28 and 21 days before the start of the holiday: 25% of the cost of the holiday retained
    - Cancellation between 20 and 14 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the cost of the holiday retained
    - Cancellation between 13 and 8 days before the start of the holiday: 75% of the price of the holiday retained
    - Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the holiday or no-show: 100% of the cost of the holiday retained.

    Familytrip advises you to take out cancellation insurance with its partner AREAS Assurances. Subscribe at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking by telephone.

    - Skiset ski equipment booked through us can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the 1st day of skiing.
