You'll be staying in a village club set in rolling green countryside, offering peace and tranquillity. The commune of Tence, in the Haute-Loire department, is 48 km from Le Puy-en-Velay and 50 km from Saint-Étienne.

The Village Club is made up of stone pavilions and wooden chalets, which blend perfectly into the green, wooded surroundings of the region. All accommodation has a living room and bedroom, as well as a fully-equipped kitchenette containing all the utensils you need for your stay.

During your stay, you'll have access to the Village Club swimming pool. You'll find a heated pool with a dedicated paddling pool area for younger children. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and parasols for your comfort.

Your children will be delighted to make new friends during their days at the club. They will be welcomed from 3 months to 17 years and will be divided up according to their age. They'll enjoy quiet time activities, educational games, various workshops and sporting activities. You'll even be able to watch a show put on by your children.

You'll find several facilities for your activities during your stay: volleyball court, petanque, badminton and basketball. Your children will be delighted to find an outdoor play area as well as a castle and inflatable slides for maximum fun.

The restaurant

During your stay, you can take advantage of a takeaway service. You can enjoy freshly prepared dishes on site and take them straight back to your accommodation. You can also enjoy a drink and a snack at the holiday village's snack bar.

  • Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 60 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 60 days before the start of their stay.

  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 60 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 65 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 60 days or more before the start of the holiday: deposit retained
    - Cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the holiday: 100% of the price of the holiday.

    Familytrip recommends that you take out cancellation insurance with its partner AREAS Assurances. Subscribe at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking by telephone.

    For customers receiving VACAF aid, in the event of cancellation, VACAF will withdraw its aid and the above cancellation penalties will apply to the full amount of the stay.
