At the end of the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, the Fort Socoa apartement complex enjoys an exceptional location. Just 1.5 km from the charming village of Urrugne and 300 metres from the shops, next to the Untxin river, this apartement complex will provide you with all the comfort you need during your family holiday!

Discover the site

Situated on the banks of the river Untxin, which separates the communes of Urrugne and Ciboure. The apartement complex offers a wide range of facilities with free access: outdoor swimming pool open in season and depending on the weather, children's paddling pool, games room with table football, table tennis and loan of board games. Bring your bikes and leave them in the bike room until you can take them out for a ride.

This family apartement complex comprises 65 flats spread over 3 floors with lift access. The flats can accommodate from 2 to 8 people. The largest flats are duplexes and all have a terrace or balcony.
