Car - Head for Chamonix on the A40, exit at Cluses (junction 18), then Taninges on the D902, then head for Les Gets and Morzine - Avoriaz (distance from Morzine to Avoriaz: 15 km). When you arrive, Avoriaz is a car-free resort. You can use the resort's car parks.
Train - Cluses train station 30 km away, then bus to Avoriaz

Check out : before 10.00 a.m. for stays of 7 nights or more and before 11.00 a.m. for stays of 1 to 6 nights.

In the case of a stay booked at a NON-FLEXIBLE rate : Familytrip deducts the total cost of the stay at the time of booking. For a stay booked at a flexible rate : Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. To pay the balance, the client must log on to their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday.

The full amount of the stay is required at the time of booking. Non-cancellable and non-refundable stay.

You will receive a reminder to pay the balance of your booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of your stay.

Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 31 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation less than 31 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be retained.

Flexible rate D-15 :
Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay is retained.

Flexible rate D-8 :
Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 days before arrival.
