You will be staying 5 km south of Saint-Jean-de-Monts, 15 km from Challans and less than 2 km from the shops. Domaine de Vertmarines is set on the edge of a forest in 6.5 hectares of enclosed parkland: ideal for a family holiday.

The Domaine is made up of magnificent, recently-built villas, perfectly equipped to accommodate all types of families. In fact, the largest villas can accommodate up to 8 people: large families are very welcome!

All the villas are large and charming. They include a large living room with exposed beams, a paved terrace opening onto the pool and a garden of around 300 m². Each villa has its own private swimming pool, which can be heated on request before your arrival (extra charge).

The region boasts numerous cycle paths, perfect for exploring the coast, salt marshes and surrounding forests. You can hire bikes locally for a day of outdoor adventure. Take time to explore the hinterland of the Vendée, with its charming villages, historic châteaux and beautiful rural landscapes.

Nearby, you'll find theme parks such as the famous Puy du Fou, offering epic historical shows, and the Océabul water park, ideal for a fun day out with the family. As well as surfing and kite-surfing, you can also enjoy other water-based activities such as kayaking, paddle-boarding and sailing in the region's calm waters.
