Accès

  • Car  - Take the A8 motorway, then exit 40 at Mandelieu-la Napoule. Then head towards Théoule, until you reach the Corniche de l'Estérel. The entrance to the Village Club Le Domaine d'Agecroft is on the right, after the roundabout at the La Napoule exit. Be sure to follow the signs for Village Vacances La Napoule Domaine d'Agecroft (Touristra).

  • Train - Cannes TGV station (9 km) + connection with the "Bus Azur" company (paying, Line no. 20 - "Balcon d'Azur" stop - or Line no. 22) or taxi. La Napoule station, then on foot (500 m uphill).

  • Plane - From Nice Airport (35 km): Airport transfer to "Cannes Hôtel de Ville" + Line N°20 (stop "Balcon d'Azur"). 4 times a day, transfer from the airport to Mandelieu bus station + line N°20 (stop " Balcon d'Azur "). Or transfer by Taxi.

    Check out : before 10.00 a.m. for stays of 2 to 6 nights and before 10.00 a.m. for weekly stays.
  • Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 60 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 60 days before the start of their stay.

    Familytrip will electronically pre-authorize the total amount of your stay. Consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Website Use for more information.
  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 60 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 65 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 60 days or more before the start of the holiday: deposit retained
    - Cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the holiday: 100% of the price of the holiday.

    Familytrip recommends that you take out cancellation insurance with its partner AREAS Assurances. Subscribe at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking by telephone.

    For customers receiving VACAF aid, in the event of cancellation, VACAF will withdraw its aid and the above cancellation penalties will apply to the full amount of the stay.
