The apartement complex offers a host of facilities and services to ensure your family's complete satisfaction. On-site facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi, relaxation area, car park, Wi-Fi, play area, fitness room and laundry.

In the heart of a landscaped park, you'll stay in one of 203 flats and houses that blend perfectly with the heritage of the Catalan countryside: wooden architecture and ochre rendering. The accommodation, set around the swimming pool and close to the communal areas, is all highly functional.

During the day, young and old alike can splash around in the outdoor pool with its built-in jacuzzi and swan neck. If you prefer to top up your tan, why not lounge around the pool on a deckchair!

The Résidence les Demeures de la Massane offers a range of activities to suit all ages. The little ones can play in the playground, while the older ones can play pétanque or table tennis. For the more sporty among you, a fitness room is also available on site.

There's plenty of family entertainment on offer in summer, both during the day and in the evening. Here's a small taste of what you can expect: sports tournaments, aquagym, jogging, walks... As for the rest, we'll keep you in the dark! Finally, for the ultimate in relaxation, head to the wellness area, where a sauna is just waiting for you.

Argelès-sur-Mer is famous for its beautiful beaches along the Mediterranean coast. There's something for everyone here, from swimming and sunbathing to water sports such as towed buoys, catamarans, sea kayaking, diving and windsurfing. The village of Argelès-sur-Mer itself is a charming place, with its narrow streets, shops, cafés and markets. You can explore the typical Mediterranean architecture and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the town. If you're looking for sporting activities, the Pyrenees offer plenty of opportunities for hiking, mountain biking and climbing. The Massif des Albères, which borders Argelès-sur-Mer, is an ideal place for outdoor enthusiasts. You can also explore the Mas Larrieu National Nature Reserve to observe the local flora and fauna. For cultural visits, the Château Royal de Collioure, 9km away, is an important historical site to visit, offering stunning views over the sea and the town. Fort Saint-Elme is another interesting historical site not to be missed, just 13 km from the apartement complex.

    Positive points:

    "Appartement spacieux,piscine très agréable et chaude (28). Pour nous appartement au calme car ne donnant pas sur la piscine ou jeux enfants ou les animations du bar ou sur le parking mais sur un pré avec un âne. Très grande réactivité du personnel pour remplacer ou réparer des choses endommagées."

    Areas for improvement :

    "Qualité moyenne du mobilier. Pas au bord de la mer , mais petit train touristique gratuit passant juste à côté pour nous y déposer."

  • Car  - From Paris, take the A10 to Orléans, then the A71 to Clermont-Ferrand and finally the A75. Join the A9 at Béziers in the direction of Barcelona and take exit no. 41 Perpignan. Heading towards Argelès-sur-Mer, join the D900 then the D914 and take exit no. 10. At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto the D114, then at the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit "Chemin de Nèguebous".
