The MMV apartement complex Les Chalets des Cimes*** welcomes you at the highest point of the Les Saisies resort and 5min from the ski lifts allowing you to leave for the slopes ski in ski out (depending on snow conditions).

The spacious, comfortable flats are housed in 6 charming chalets arranged around a small square. The luxury flats can accommodate up to 10 people, making them ideal for large families. Overlooking the resort, the apartement complex and its large bay windows offer a breathtaking view of the Savoie mountains.

Within the apartement complex itself, you will find a heated indoor swimming pool and a relaxation area, Ô Pure® Spa, offering a range of wellness treatments and massages at an additional cost. Up to 3 accesses to the Ô Pure Spa are offered with your reservation, depending on the size of your accommodation.

Parents can relax in the spa and aquatic area with heated pool. Younger guests can enjoy activities organised by qualified activity leaders.

  • Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of their stay.

  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 29 days or more before the start of the holiday: cancellation free of charge
    - Cancellation between 28 and 21 days before the start of the holiday: 25% of the cost of the holiday retained
    - Cancellation between 20 and 14 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the cost of the holiday retained
    - Cancellation between 13 and 8 days before the start of the holiday: 75% of the price of the holiday retained
    - Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the holiday or no-show: 100% of the cost of the holiday retained.

    Familytrip recommends that you take out cancellation insurance with its partner AREAS Assurances. Subscribe at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking by telephone.
