Check in : from 5pm. In the event of a late arrival, please call the residence reception on +33(0)4 79 00 85 37 before 6pm, who will explain how to collect your keys.

Check out : before 10am.

Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of their stay.

Familytrip will make an electronic pre-authorization of the total amount of your stay. Consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Website Use for more information.

The balance of the booking is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of the holiday.

Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
