The Résidence Chalet Val 2400 is located just 100 m from the slopes and 250 m from the first ski lifts. The ESF and resort centre are just a 5-minute walk from the apartement complex! You can ski right back down to the slopes: perfect for a skiing holiday with children.

The apartement complex comprises 27 luxury flats for a comfortable skiing holiday with children. The flats are fully equipped and very spacious. With flats for up to 14 people, large families are very welcome. All flats have an Austrian stove in the living room and the first bag of wood is free. The balconies of the flats offer you a magnificent view of the resort and the slopes.

Accommodation policies

Check in : from 5pm. In the event of late arrival, please inform the residence reception on +33(0)4 79 00 85 37 before 6pm, who will explain how to collect your keys.

Check out : before 10am.

Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of their stay.

Familytrip will make an electronic pre-authorization of the total amount of your stay. Consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Website Use for more information.

The balance of the booking is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of the holiday.

Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
- Cancellation 30 days or more before the start of the holiday: deposit retained
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the holiday: 100% of the price of the holiday.
