A 100% pedestrianised estate, you'll be staying in modern, spacious, comfortable and fully-equipped cottages. Large picture windows give you a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside and the various lakes.

The comfort, VIP and premium cottages are ideal for families looking for a large family holiday rental. There are plenty of shops and services on site, including a bakery, supermarkets and other boutiques.

There's a large indoor play area, a tree climbing course, a video games room and an archery range. Children can take part in themed workshops and sports tournaments.

Take a walk in the Parc Naturel du Perche, where you can enjoy hiking, cycling, jogging and nature watching. The River Avre runs through the commune, offering peaceful spots for a picnic with family or friends.

Accès

Car - From Paris, take the Autoroute de l'Ouest (A13). At the Rocquencourt Triangle, take the exit on the right towards Dreux/Bois d'Arcy. Follow the road towards Dreux and stay on the N12 until you reach Verneuil-sur-Avre. In Verneuil, follow the signs for Center Parcs (towards Alençon).
Train - Nearest station: Verneuil-sur-Avre. Then take a taxi to the Domaine.

Check out : before 10 a.m. or before 7 p.m. for departures on Sundays. For arrivals after 8pm, please contact us on 09 72 26 99 33 a few days before your arrival.

Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. In order to pay the balance, clients must log into their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of their stay.

Familytrip will make an electronic pre-authorization of the total amount of your stay. Consult our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Website Use for more information.

The balance of the booking is due no later than 45 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 50 days before the start of the holiday.

Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
- Cancellation 42 days or more before the start of the holiday: €150 penalty per accommodation
- Cancellation between 41 and 21 days before the start of the holiday: 30% of the price of the holiday retained, with a minimum of €150 per accommodation.
- Cancellation between 20 and 8 days before the start of the stay: 60% of the price of the stay retained per accommodation
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the holiday: 100% of the price of the holiday retained.

Familytrip advises you to take out cancellation insurance with its partner Mutuaide-Groupama. Subscribe at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking by telephone.
