Camping de la Plage de Riez is the perfect destination for a seaside holiday on the Vendée coast. The campsite is 5 km from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, 17 km from Bretignolles-sur-Mer and 35 km from Sables-d'Olonne. Take advantage of the many nearby cycle paths to get to the town centre or the beach.

The campsite is set in the heart of the national forest. You'll find all the services and facilities on the campsite to make your stay as easy as possible: car park, reception, bar/restaurant, swimming pool, paddling pool, play area and multi-sports pitch.

The mobile homes can accommodate up to 6 people. These fully-equipped holiday homes each have a terrace and kitchenette.

The flagship activity of the Plage de Riez campsite is, of course, its water park: outdoor swimming pool, mini-slide and paddling pool. Around the pool, deckchairs are available for relaxing.

There's also a playground and games room, table tennis tables and a petanque area. You can also hire bicycles. There's plenty to keep young and old entertained!

The restaurant

The Plage de Riez campsite has a bar/restaurant with a covered outdoor terrace. You'll find a varied menu. You can eat on site or take it home with you. A communal barbecue is available.

Saint Hilaire de Riez is a seaside resort on the Côte de Lumière in the Vendée, ideal for cycling and hiking enthusiasts. Discover the dunes, the beaches, the forests and the marshes - you're sure to fall in love. Head to Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, just a few minutes from the campsite, for a stroll through the town centre, a stroll along the harbour or a taste of the local specialities. Discover Saint Jean de Monts with its long pedestrian street, ice-cream vendors, chichis, etc.

What's more, in Les Sables d'Olonne, 32 km away, a visit to the Zoo makes a great half-day family outing.
