Discover the area

The fully pedestrianised holiday village is set in 2 hectares of greenery. The holiday village has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, sauna, reception, car park, children's club, play area and multi-sports pitch.

The village comprises 36 fully-equipped, single-storey villas for 4 or 5 people, each with its own terrace and garden furniture.

There are plenty of activities on offer in the village itself. You can hire bikes to explore the surrounding area in complete freedom. The covered, heated swimming pool lets you enjoy a swim even on cloudy days. A library, table tennis table, volleyball court and petanque area are available all year round. There's plenty to keep young and old entertained!

The children's clubs allow your little ones to have fun with other children during sports activities, games or workshops supervised by qualified and experienced activity leaders. Several clubs are available, depending on your child's age.

Every week, well-being activities are offered, including muscle relaxation, yoga, stretching and Pilate. A sauna cabin is available for a moment of relaxation.

The restaurant

Cambo-les-Bains has a restaurant overlooking the park. Full-board and half-board options are included in your stay to help you organise your meals. For day trips, you can order packed lunches the day before!

Discover the region and family activities

You can organise family excursions to discover the history, culture and gastronomy of the region during your holiday in the Atlantic Pyrenees, such as the Arnaga villa and the chocolate factory. For lovers of relaxation, you'll find the Spa Thermal de Cambo-les-Bains 3.5 km away.

For those wishing to explore the surrounding towns, Combo les bains offers an ideal base for visiting Bayonne, St Jen de Luz, Biarritz and the Basque villages.

  • Car  - Take the A63 Bayonne Sud exit, then follow signs for Cambo. After Ustaritz, follow signs for Arnaga. Before reaching the village (200 m after the Cambo-les-Bains sign), turn right and follow the Miléade signs. The Village Club is adjacent to "La Villa Arnaga".

  • The balance of the booking is due no later than 60 days before the start of the holiday. The customer will receive a reminder to pay the balance of the booking by e-mail 65 days before the start of the holiday.

    Cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 60 days or more before the start of the holiday: deposit retained
    - Cancellation less than 60 days before the start of the holiday: 100% of the price of the holiday.

    Familytrip recommends that you take out cancellation insurance with its partner AREAS Assurances. Subscribe at the time of booking or within 24 hours of booking by telephone.

    For customers receiving VACAF aid, in the event of cancellation, VACAF will withdraw its aid and the above cancellation penalties will apply to the full amount of the stay.
