In the case of a stay booked at a NON-FLEXIBLE rate : Familytrip will deduct the total cost of your stay at the time of booking. For a stay booked at a flexible rate : Familytrip takes a deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday. To pay the balance, the client must log on to their personal space no later than 30 days before the start of the holiday.

NON-FLEXIBLE rate:
The full amount of the stay is required at the time of booking. Non-cancellable and non-refundable stay.

For the rates below, the flexible rates, a deposit is taken at the time of booking, the balance of the booking is due no later than 30 days before the start of your stay (even if your stay can be cancelled free of charge). You will receive a reminder to pay the balance of your booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of your stay.

Flexible rate on D-31 :
Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 31 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation less than 31 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be retained.

Flexible rate D-15 :
Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay is retained.

Flexible rate D-8 :
Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation less than 8 days before arrival, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be retained.

Flexible rate D-3 :
Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
In the event of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay is retained.
