The apartement complex has 113 fully-equipped flats and is ideally located in the heart of Nantes city centre, in a pedestrian area and opposite the Ile de Nantes. Bus lines 1 and 12 and tram lines 1 and 4 provide easy access to the city centre. The apartement complex is close to a number of tourist attractions, including the Musée des Beaux Arts and the Château des Ducs de Bretagne. The apartement complex also has private parking, a gym open from 6am to 11pm every day and offers full breakfasts as an option.

  • Car  - Follow the signs for Nantes centre, direction "Château des Ducs de Bretagne". After "l'allée des Généraux Patton et Wood" or the "pont de la Rotonde", turn right. At the roundabout, turn left and continue straight on "place de la Duchesse Anne" for 50m. At the roundabout, turn right into "rue de Richebourg" for 200m, then right into "rue Surcouf" for 50m, then right into "allée du Commandant Charcot" and continue for 150m.

    Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
    In the event of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay is retained.

    Flexible rate D-8 :
    Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 days before arrival.
    In the event of cancellation less than 8 days before arrival, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be retained.

    Flexible rate D-3 :
    Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
