It is located at the gateway to Paris, close to the Bois de Vincennes and the Place de la Nation, and has easy access to transport, with two metro holiday resorts just a short walk away and the ring road. You can get to the centre of Paris in just a few minutes. The apartement complex also has private parking and offers full breakfasts as an option.

    The full amount of the stay is required at the time of booking. Non-cancellable and non-refundable stay.

    For the rates below, the flexible rates, a deposit is taken at the time of booking, the balance of the booking is due no later than 30 days before the start of your stay (even if your stay can be cancelled free of charge). You will receive a reminder to pay the balance of your booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of your stay.

    Flexible rate on D-31 :
    Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 31 days before arrival.
    In the event of cancellation less than 31 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be retained.

    Flexible rate D-15 :
    Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
    In the event of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay is retained.

    Flexible rate D-8 :
    Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 days before arrival.
    In the event of cancellation less than 8 days before arrival, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be retained.

    Flexible rate D-3 :
    Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
    In the event of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay is retained.
