The apartement complex is close to the Seine, in the Bercy district. It is ideally located for families arriving by train at Gare de Lyon or driving in from the south. In the 12th arrondissement, just a minute's walk from the Cour Saint Emilion metro holiday resort and the lively Bercy shopping centre.

    The full amount of the stay is required at the time of booking. Non-cancellable and non-refundable stay.

    For the rates below, the flexible rates, a deposit is taken at the time of booking, the balance of the booking is due no later than 30 days before the start of your stay (even if your stay can be cancelled free of charge). You will receive a reminder to pay the balance of your booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of your stay.

    Flexible rate on D-31 :
    Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 31 days before arrival.
    In the event of cancellation less than 31 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be retained.

    Flexible rate D-15 :
    Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
    In the event of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay is retained.

    Flexible rate D-8 :
    Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 days before arrival.
    In the event of cancellation less than 8 days before arrival, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be retained.

    Flexible rate D-3 :
    Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
    In the event of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay is retained.

    For all bookings made before 13 November 2020 (winter season) or 18 November (summer season), cancellation penalties are calculated on the basis of the following scale:
    - Cancellation 30 days or more before the start of the holiday: deposit retained
    - Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the holiday: 100% of the price of the holiday.
