Les Buttes Chaumont offers plenty of green space, perfect for a picnic with friends or family. Bring a tablecloth, food and drinks and enjoy a relaxing moment in the open air. Explore the lively Belleville district, known for its cultural diversity, artisan shops, cafés and restaurants. Don't miss rue Dénoyez, famous for its street art.

Near the Buttes Chaumont, the Parc de la Villette offers a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. Visit the Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie, take in a show at the Zénith or relax in the park's gardens. Treat yourself to a cruise on the Seine to admire Paris's iconic monuments from the water. A number of companies offer sightseeing tours that pass close to the Ile de la Cité and the Ile Saint-Louis.

    The full amount of the stay is required at the time of booking. Non-cancellable and non-refundable stay.

    For the rates below, the flexible rates, a deposit is taken at the time of booking, the balance of the booking is due no later than 30 days before the start of your stay (even if your stay can be cancelled free of charge). You will receive a reminder to pay the balance of your booking by e-mail 35 days before the start of your stay.

    Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 31 days before arrival.
    In the event of cancellation less than 31 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be retained.

    Flexible rate D-15 :
    Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
    In the event of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay is retained.

    Flexible rate D-8 :
    Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 days before arrival.
    In the event of cancellation less than 8 days before arrival, 100% of the total cost of the stay will be retained.

    Flexible rate D-3 :
    Stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
    In the event of cancellation less than 3 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the stay is retained.
